Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms cover how you use mavmethod.co and how Mav Method LLC works with clients. Written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email akpage@mavmethod.co and I will clarify before you buy or sign anything.

Who we are

Mav Method LLC is a service business based in Seneca, South Carolina, operated by Anna Katherine Page. In these terms, “Mav Method,” “we,” and “our” refer to Mav Method LLC. “You” refers to the person or business using the site or engaging our services.

Using this site

The mavmethod.co site is provided as-is for informational purposes. The content on this site is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship until we confirm one in writing (usually by email) and payment is made.

You may not use this site to attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer our tools, scrape at volume, or interfere with other visitors.

Services and scope

The primary service is the Better Inquiry Fix: a three-business-day rebuild of the moment where an interested buyer should become a useful inquiry. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are described on the Better Inquiry Fix page. Any change to scope will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Better Inquiry Fix is not a full website rebuild, an advertising engagement, an SEO campaign, or a marketing retainer. We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcome.

Payment

Payment is due before work begins. Standard payment is through Stripe. Failed or reversed payments pause any work in progress until resolved.

Refunds

Our refund policy is a separate document. See the Refund Policy for terms that apply to the Better Inquiry Fix and any other paid service.

Your material and confidentiality

You retain ownership of copy, images, logos, and business information you send us. By sending us access or content, you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat your business information as confidential and do not share it publicly without your permission.

We may reference in general terms that we worked with a business, and we may keep a portfolio of the work. If a specific case study or client name will be published, we will ask first.

Deliverables

You receive the deliverables described in the offer once payment clears. You may use those deliverables inside your business indefinitely. You may not repackage, resell, or redistribute our work as your own product.

Third-party tools

We may work with third-party tools you already use, including website builders, hosting providers, form providers, analytics, and payment processors. Those tools have their own terms and pricing that remain your responsibility.

Warranty and liability

We do our work with care, but the site and services are provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the last ninety days.

Ending a project

You may cancel a project by email at any time. If a Booking Path Fix has already started, refund treatment follows the Refund Policy. We may also decline or end an engagement if we cannot do the work honestly (for example, if requested changes would require overstating results or misrepresenting the buyer).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
