This is a small business. The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you or deliver work you paid for, we do not sell your data to anyone, and you can ask us to delete what we have about you at any time.

Mav Method LLC, operated by Anna Katherine Page, based in Seneca, South Carolina. In this policy, “we” means Mav Method LLC.
What we collect
When you email us, submit a form on mavmethod.co, book a call, or engage us for work, we collect information you send us. That typically includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, the URL of the page you want reviewed, and any notes you include about your business or buyer path.
When you buy a service through Stripe, Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation that payment cleared, the customer name, the customer email, and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referrer, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site running, spot abuse, and understand basic traffic patterns.
What we do with it
We use the information to reply to you, deliver the work you hired us for, send transactional messages related to that work (like confirmations or a follow-up when a deliverable is ready), and keep basic financial records required to run the business.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We do not run advertising retargeting from your visit to this site.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that are necessary to run the business. Today that includes: Stripe (for payments), Google Workspace (for email), Vercel (for hosting), and a small number of tools we use to organize client work. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy.
We may disclose information if legally required to do so (for example, in response to a valid subpoena), but we will push back on overly broad requests.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the cookies required to load and render content. If we add basic privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will list what we use here.
How long we keep things
Client project information is kept for as long as the engagement is active plus a reasonable window afterward for support and financial records. Payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Inquiry emails from prospects are kept until we finish the conversation or you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of what we have about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email akpage@mavmethod.co and we will handle it. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as California’s CCPA or the EU’s GDPR), those rights apply and we honor them.
Children
This site and these services are intended for adults running or working inside a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep credentials on password managers, and follow standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
